What happens after you book

  1. 15-min call

    We confirm your address, system type (AC, furnace, both), and the problem you're seeing. No charge.

  2. Tech visit scheduled

    We give you a 2-hour arrival window. Techs text you 30 minutes before showing up.

  3. Diagnosis on-site

    The tech diagnoses the issue and gives you a written quote before touching anything. You approve or walk away.

  4. Repair or plan

    If you approve, we fix it on the spot when possible. Larger jobs get a clear timeline and milestone payment.
